MAYES COMMITS TO GRAND CANYON UNIVERSITY

Wasaga River Dragons Defenceman Dalton Mayes has committed and signed with Grand Canyon University ACHA D2 in Phoenix, Arizona

Mayes joined the River Dragons last January at the Trade Deadline and became an immediate staple on the blue line bringing both physicality and offense to the club. Prior to joining Wasaga, Mayes played two seasons of junior A hockey in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) with the Yorkton Terriers.
